Homemade Carb Parts For Sale - S&S and Keihin (CV and butterfly)

I'm trying to make my hobby (machining) pay for itself so that I can buy more tools/tooling. I am totally retired from the U. S. Coast Guard and recently started machining carburetor parts for the S&S Super B, Super E and Super G, and for the Keihin butterfly and CV carbs. I make these one at a time on a non-CNC milling machine and/or 50 year old lathe in my garage. Although all are similar, no two are exactly the same. The stainless steel screws are 304 stainless steel with 304 stainless steel thread Loctited in place; the brass air fuel mixture screws start off as OEM or aftermarket needles that I've soldered a machined knurled knob to it (it's actually much better than it sounds). The S&S air/fuel mixture screw also has an Allen head female flats. I've other things (such as machined rocker arm spacers that allow you to use Evo rockers on a Shovel; and a conversion to install a Dyna S ignition system in a flat sided Shovel's timer/distributor) I'm working on, and I'll post as I develop them.

For the S&S Super E and Super G:
  • Stainless steel extended float bowl screws (with stainless lock washers) on are $50: ( http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/n...justScrews.jpg shown with short idle adjust screw which is not included in the kit). With these screws, you will have to remove or loosen the backing plate, if you're using an OEM S&S air filter.
